The call on Trumpets of Zion (TOZ) is to function as a discipleship mission that will seek the lost, make disciples who have Christ fully formed in them, and prepare the bride of Christ to have a far-reaching effect in both the church and the world. It is all done with one purpose in mind, which is to advance the Kingdom of God for the praise of His glory.
The framework for achieving this goal is training and empowering believers and then joining that training to participation in outreach, evangelism, and mission activities. The goal is achieved by the combination of the impartation of the Holy Spirit through the prophetic teaching of the Scriptures, and practical involvement in ministry activity.
The end is that the believer is empowered to live as a mature and sacrificial lover of God who is a testimony in word and deed of Jesus Christ in their sphere of activity. This is the spirit of prophecy (Revelation 19:10). Such a believer has been grafted into a deep communion with the Holy Spirit whereby they walk on the earth as Jesus did (I John 2:6).
Our vision is to empower the believer to find their destiny in God and send them out equipped to hear His voice and do His will on the earth. This can only be accomplished by the Spirit of the Lord who immerses hearts into the Father's love and then sets those hearts on fire with a passion for Jesus.
TOZ is not a permanent place for most, but rather a center to equip and send out disciples to serve God in the place that He has called them to be. Some will go into full time ministry, some become missionaries and others may strengthen the body of Christ in local churches. The school interacts and networks with other ministries making the gifts that God has placed on TOZ freely available to enrich these ministries as they pursue the unique gifting God has given them.
The heart and fire of Trumpets of Zion (TOZ) can be summarized in this statement: to train men and women to know God and impart a prophetic lifestyle. While we walk in the prophetic gift, what makes us unique is that we impart the prophetic life. A prophetic life is concentrated in prophets to be sure, but is also available in different expressions to every believer.
As a prophetic ministry, we are training individuals to walk in the intimacy required by God for His saints in the last days. It brings a transformation that causes radical change to walk in close intimacy with Jesus. This age is rapidly coming to a close, but there is still a period of time in which God desires to move and demonstrate His church on the earth
